Over past 9 years I have worked in different Software companies, on different projects and in different roles as Finance ERP consultant. I started as a Project Engineer and I am an Sr lead system Engineer today. I have understood the various technical, economic and humane aspects of the Information technology industry in general . I have understood the interrelation of various entities in an organization. I now need tools to help me understand this correlation. I need formal training and professional degree that will enable me to take higher responsibilities and grow as a professional. Ultimately, my goal is to start my own company. The idea of creating something with my own hands is my lifelong dream. There is no greater desire than to create a product, raise capital, and take a company public. This is my path, no matter how or when I get there.



I aspire to be an entrepreneur and lead my own software consulting organization. I need knowledge of finance, marketing and business strategy to achieve my goal. I must also be able to raise the resources and deploy them in the most effective and efficient manner. I am sure that MBA degree will provide me with all these skills. California State University ,Northridge With its experience faculty, competitive environment and thorough curriculum, it is one of the best places to do Business certification and MBA degree. The school team-building focus the type of environment in which I will excel. I am certain that I will gain a great deal from my fellow students and contribute to their experiences



While I see myself as a budding entrepreneur, a couple more years of being redeployed in the tech world would be good to understand the dynamics of a corporation and more importantly, how the company is interweaved. Most companies fail not because of a lack of technological vision, but rather from failure to execute. Armed with MBA, I would like to take the next step in my Business career




What attracted me most to MBA is that The focus of the program is apparent with Academies dedicated to disciplines for starting with Business world and eventually move to MBA degree with Cal state University.CSUN MBA also prides itself on an interesting curriculum. This fits in my future plans of running my own business and getting my future Goals.

Another good day on my GMAt preparation.Today I have completed 70 DS questions in OG Quanitative book and Some of SC from Manhatten.
I saw some improvement in my skills and moving forward.Planning to study in coming thanks giving weekend with full swing.

Today big day on Tennis/swimming not on GMAT

Today I never sarted any GMAT test Preparation .I went to tennis and swimming class
Tennis class review session,I learnt below:

Tennis:
Baseline return straight/cross court
Midcourt (service line return to midcourt)
Lobbing with smash at the net and run to take the lob at the baseline
Back hand and Forehand stroke at the baseline.
Volley at the net and Half Volley at the Base line
Drop short at the net - Here it is basically need to hold the opposite side of the rocket and just drop the ball

Swimming:
Back stroke
Free style - I had troble in breathing on the sideInstructor told me to bend the shoulder and take the air inside.

I attended Chandra's son bithday party and learnt some photography with Zoom of object in SLR lense.

Yesterday and today I was busy with my work and personal work schedule.I completed some of the OG Quant book session questions from 1-125 and some on Kaplan Math Work book.

Today I learnt swimming forward/backward and tennnis half volley /Volley class.

Today I also went to UCLA-FEMBA open house and met some of the interesting personalities doing MBA and other planning frends.One guy interoduced me the site www.gmathacks.com and i feel it is really helpful.I am very confidend after attending this UCLA MBA session and moving forward with hope.

GMAT Blog

I should have started this 15 days before ,still not bad atleat stared now to keep the track of GMAT Study track.

I have stared with Princetone Math Session and completed the Kaplan Math Work Book exercises for the past 15 days.I have also completed 100 OG Quatitative question and need to work on remaining 76 hard questions.My aim is to score between 650 - 700 and get into UCLA /Loyola Marymount or any good Cal state university.

Today I attended Developing Interpersonal skills class and it was very userful to have relation with the people.My mind was open now to work hard on GMAT.Lot of obstucles on the way to Prepare for GMAT.I am moving forward and fixed the date on Dec 30 at 12 PM.I am encouriging myself and moving forward with the help of god for hope.

Today I printed the Manhaten Turbo GMAT for Sentence correction and planned to go throug it.Prepared new updated study plan.Ordered Manhaten GMAt sentence correction online.
